How do I get started?
After confirming your order, you will receive a "confirmation" email. This will introduce you to our project manager with contact details. It will also include an "online questionnaire" that you need to fill in order for us to begin the process. You will get a script draft in 1-2 days, and once you approved we will complete the video in further 3-5 days. You will get unlimited revision on each step.
What if I don't like the video?
At Biz Explainer Video, we provide 100% money-back guarantee with all our video package. If you don't like the final product for whatever reason, you can contact your project manager and he will make sure you get the refund.
Will it require much of my time?
No, you just have to be filled out the initial production questionnaire that usually takes only 5-10 minutes. Our production team will do all the heavy lifting for you to deliver you the final product. We just need your approval on each stage before we move on to the next stage of production.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Unlike other low-cost animation video production company, our pricing are for the full video package, inclusive of script writing, voiceover, animation and revision. It required no additional fees for complete, un-branded delivery of the video.
